Bogay Holding Group


	Management of the Group comprises two experienced directors, namely Chang Sin Tuan and Sylvain Janvier.


▼	Chang Sin Tuan
	Mr. Chang has over 20 years' experience in ferrous and non-ferrous metal trading. Mr. Chang is the first introduced and sold manganese ore from Gabon to China and carried out manganese ore tolling business in China, and successfully sold manganese ferro alloys to Japan, South Korea and Southeast Asia. He is also the one who first sold Chinese coking coal to France and the United Kingdom. In 1986, he became the China agent of Balfour Maclaine, MCII, MarRich and Balmac, large US trading companies in copper concentrates, and was responsible for the promotion of the copper concentrates and zinc concentrates business. Mr. Chang is mainly responsible for the supervision of the marketing and sales strategies of the Group.


▼	Sylvain Janvier
	Mr. Janvier obtained a Bachelor degree in Engineering from Ecole des Ars et Metiers and an MBA from INSEAD, France. He was the Chairman of The International Manganese Institute. During his directorship in COMILOG, a major manganese ore mining company, he successfully sold its Gabon manganese ore to China and was responsible for the sales strategies in Asia-Pacific region for the company. He has over 30 years experience in ferrous metal ore business. Mr. Janvier is mainly responsible for ores sourcing and strategic planning in mine development and investment of the Group.
